Bad player management

Review of Jay Vidovich
He plays a good style of soccer but rigid. Do not play here if you have creativity. Very strict and old school style coaching. Very big ego. Does not know how to manage his players as people which ultimately leads to losing the locker room.

Coach Jay Vidovich is the best coach I’ve had the privilege to play for. At the University of Pittsburgh, I achieved my greatest success under his leadership, while also developing tremendously as a player and a person. His mentorship, professionalism, and dedication left a lasting impact, and together we built a legacy at Pitt that I’ll always be proud of.
